Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by logistics carriers, force majeure or events beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch.
Pigment dosage and compatibility depend on the buyer's mix design and process. Buyers are responsible for testing suitability in their application before large-scale use. Batch-specific data is available via COA.
Claims regarding quality or quantity must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt with batch details. Retained batch samples govern dispute resolution.
